First Opinion: Medical Patch for Early Detection of Swine Flu

In collaboration with scientist Robert Edgington, as part of the Nobelini Scheme, "First Opinion" is a conceptual design proposal for a medical patch that changes colour upon contact with the Flu virus - thus providing an early warning system that is later supported by a second opinion from a medical professional. The concept is based on the tagging of specific biochemical reactions with flourescent dye.
